Veneto, with its capital Venice, is the only wine region in Italy where grapes of the variety Corvina Veronese are grown. It is also the only grape variety used to make Zi Ronda.
To further strengthen the ties of Zi Ronda to Veneto, the grapes are turned into a classic red wine by MGM Mondo del Vino, a local wine producer and exporter with many decades of experience working with Corvina Veronese.
The result is typical of the grape: deep-red in color, low on tannins, with just a hint of sourness.
